The maximum amount of customers that are included in the automatic schedule may not exceed a total of 1,000. This applies both to customers with call interval and to all customers with reservation but without call interval. Each reservation of a customer without call interval counts as an additional customer, who is also included in the automatic schedule.
If you frequently want to include customers without call interval in next schedule, we recommend reducing the amount of customers with call interval to 900, for example. This will create space for more customers without call interval in the automatic schedule.
