User login in portatour®

Upon creation of your account, you will receive an email with your personal portatour® access link. Keep this email to access portatour® anytime and anywhere from your email inbox.

Your access link looks like the following:

First login to portatour®

This is how you set your password and log in to portatour® for the first time:

1. Open your access link by clicking or manually entering the address in the web browser. You will see the following input form:
   
2. Now, enter a password of your choice. Confirm it by entering again under Confirm password.
3. Activate Remember me so that the browser remembers your password. You will automatically have access the next time you log into portatour®.
4. Read the license terms and confirm your agreement by ticking the box Accept license terms.
5. Click Login.

User login to portatour®

To log in to portatour®, proceed as follows:

1. Open your access link by clicking or manually entering the address in the web browser. You will be taken to the login page.
   
   Hint: We recommend to add this page as an icon to your home screen in order to enable fast access to portatour® in the future (see Add portatour® to home screen).
2. Enter your personally chosen password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? (see Forgot password or user name).
3. Keep Remember me checked and click Login.
