Forgot password or user name

If you have forgotten your password or user name, proceed as follows.

Forgot user name

1. Go to the login page https://my.portatour.net/a/.
2. Click Forgot user name?.
   
3. Under Request user name, enter your stored email address and click Request.
   
   You will receive an email with your access information.
4. Click on the link in your email - this is your personal access link. Add the login page to your home screen (see Add portatour® to home screen).
5. Enter your password and click Login.

Forgot password

1. Open your personal access link or go to the login page https://my.portatour.net/a/.
2. Click Forgot your password?.
   
3. On the next page, enter your stored email address or your user name. Click Reset.
   
   You will receive an email containing a link and a reset code.
4. Click on the link in the email - it already contains the reset code.
5. Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again under Confirm password.
   
6. Check Remember me and click Save. Your password has been changed.
7. Click Home to continue working with portatour®.
