Address fields

The address fields comprise the name and address of the customer. These are necessary information. The customer address should be as complete as possible, i.e. ZIP code, city and street (including house number).

The field separate house number is optional and must only be used if the house number is not included in the street field in your import file.

The country must be entered. You have three possibilities:

• If the country of the customer is included in a separate column of your import file, then assign the column.
• If the country is not included in your import file but all customers are located in the same country, then select the specific country in the drop-down menu.
• If the country is not included in your import file and the customers are located in different countries, then select Guess automatically.
