On this page you will find the fields that portatour® uses for sales-route planning. They are optional. The default settings that you set in the portatour® options (see Scheduling parameters of customers) apply if either no field assignments are set or the fields of the import file are empty.
|Target field||Explanation see...|
|Last Call||Customer details|
|Last missed call||Customer details|
|Activation date||Customer details|
|Call interval||Edit scheduling parameters
You can either set the interval in days or enter the desired amount of calls per year. An interval of 0 days will be taken as 'no interval', meaning that the customer will not be scheduled automatically by portatour®.

|Call duration||Edit scheduling parameters
Set the unit of the value in the source file (minutes, seconds, hours).
|Holiday from, Holiday until||Scheduling parameters|
|Geo-location||Customer detail page
In the course of the import process, a customer's geolocation will be determined automatically by portatour® based on the address ('geocoding'). Therefore, this field does not have to be specified. By assigning the geolocation fields, automatic geocoding is deactivated. In this case, your source file should contain accurate and updated geographic latitude and longitude coordinates.

|Preferred accommodation||Preferred accommodation|
|Call Note||Customer details|
|Reservation: Include in schedule||In addition to manually including a customer in the schedule via the customer detail page or mass editing, the reservation can be created and deleted again via customer import. In addition to 'Yes'/'No', values such as '1'/'0″ or 'true'/'false' are also permitted. See also Reservations.|
For the fields Call interval and Call duration you can set how to interpret the assigned values from the source file in an additional selection box:
