If you have loaded demo data and want to start with your own customer addresses, just follow these steps:
- In the main menu, go to Options.
- Click Delete data and select Factory reset.
- Confirm the factory reset by clicking Delete.
- Click Import data and select Customers. The import wizard guides you through the import process (see Start customer import).
portatour® shows you the following message during customer import?
Simply click on Factory reset.
You see this screen because you currently have loaded demo data. To import your own customer addresses, it is necessary to delete the demo data first, i.e. to reset your portatour® access to factory state. After that, just follow the import wizard (see Start customer import).
