To create additional users, proceed as follows:
- In the Workspace Organization, select Users in the navigation bar.
- Click on Create user. An input form is displayed. The fields marked in red are mandatory fields:
- Under First name and Last name, enter the first and last name of the new user.
- Under Email, insert the email address of the user.
- If necessary, change the Language.
- Adjust the Authorization level if necessary (see Show user list).
- Under Has own schedule, specify whether the new user manages their own territory, i.e. requires their own schedule, or not (see Show user list).
- Optionally, fill out the fields Mobile, Employee number and Note.
- Click Save.
- In order for the new user to get started with portatour®, click on their name in the user list and select Send access link.
