The user detail page provides an overview of the user data, authorization levels as well as login options and status of the respective user.
Go to Users and click on the relevant name to open the user detail page of the desired user.
Administrators also have various editing options. Many of these options are also available directly in the context menu of the user list (see Show user list).

Log in with user name & password
- User name shows the unique portatour® user name. It cannot be changed.
- If the access link has expired or is unused, this is displayed at Access link.
- Click on Send access link to send the access link to the user's email address.
- If you would like to share the link in another way, click on Copy access link.
- If the access link has expired, use Create new access link to create a new link and to then send it to the user.
- If you no longer want the user to have access to portatour®, use Disable login. The access link no longer works. The data in the portatour® access will be retained (see Deactivate and activate users).
- To (re)activate a user, click on Enable login. A new access link is created (see Deactivate and activate users).
Log in with SSO with Microsoft
The Log in with SSO with Microsoft section is only visible on the user detail page if you have activated single sign-on with Microsoft in the organization options (see Setting up single sign-on (SSO) with Microsoft).
Invitation to single sign-on with Microsoft not yet sent out
If no Microsoft user has been assigned to the user yet, use Send invitation or Enter Microsoft object ID for this purpose. For all invitation options and details, read Assigning Microsoft users to portatour® users for single sign-on .
Invitation to single sign-on with Microsoft sent but not yet accepted
The invitation is valid for one month. The expiration date is displayed.
If the user has not yet accepted the invitation to single sign-on, the Status is displayed as Invitation unused. User name and Microsoft object ID are not yet displayed.
- Click on the recycle bin icon to delete the invitation. This will invalidate the registration link in the invitation.
- Send new invitation sends a new registration link. The old link will then become invalid.
- Use Enter Microsoft object ID to create the assignment between portatour® user and Microsoft user manually (see Assigning Microsoft users to portatour® users for single sign-on).
Login with single sign-on with Microsoft already in use
You can tell that the user has already used the single sign-on option by the status Used and also by the fact that the Microsoft user name (UPN) and the user's Microsoft object ID are displayed.
- Click on Send access link to provide the user with the login link to portatour® using single sign-on.
- Use Enter Microsoft object ID to perform a new assignment to a Microsoft user.
To delete the user, click on Delete user (see Delete users).
