Deleting a user also includes the deletion of the associated data. Therefore, only delete a user if you are sure that you no longer need the data it contains.
- Go to the user list, e.g. by clicking Users in the Workspace Organization.
- Click on the relevant user.
- Select Disable login. The access to this portatour® account is now disabled.
- Click again on the relevant user. Select Delete.
- Confirm by clicking Delete.
Note: If a sales rep has left the company, only go to step 4. The access link is immediately deactivated; a new employee can take over the territory at a later date (see
Deactivate and activate users.
Note: To avoid unintentional mass deletion of users, only the deactivation, but not a deletion of users, is possible via the import.
