In the Workspace Organization, go to options > Program settings to customize the display of portatour®.
Set up feedback button
When introducing portatour® in your company, it is crucial for success, especially in the initial phase, to respond quickly and easily to end users' questions and problems. To better ensure this, configure a feedback button in portatour®:
- Go to Feedback and select the option Show Feedback button.
- At Mail to, enter the email address to which questions from your users should be sent, e.g. the email address of the internal project manager.
- Click Save.
The feedback button is always displayed at the bottom left of the screen.
If a user has a question about using the program or about the schedule, they simply click on the feedback button and formulate their problem. The current portatour® Report is automatically attached to the feedback mail (see Description of the content), which contains both the current schedule and application check (see Application check). It is also possible to attach files - e.g. screenshots.
If the project manager is unable to answer a question, our portatour® support team will be happy to help as a '2nd level'.
Company display name
Your company name is displayed at the top left in the workspace bar:
If you would like to change the displayed company name, please do so in the program settings under Company display name.
Users
If the login for a user account is deactivated (see Deactivate and activate users) and administrators and supervisors should still be able to access it, select the option Data access by supervisors and administrators at Users.
