The fast calculation of your schedules takes place on expensive high-performance servers in our data center. In order to offer all portatour® users a high quality of service, we must limit server computing time to a maximum of 5 minutes of calculation time per user and day.
On average, this is sufficient for 150 calculations per day. As soon as you exceed 4 minutes of calculation time on one day, you will receive a warning message. From 5 minutes of calculation time onward, you will be blocked from further calculations until midnight.
Tip: Reduce the scheduling period (e.g. only 1 week instead of 4 weeks) to require less computing time per calculation. Alternatively, set customers to Schedule: Manually or Call interval: None.
