Click Update schedule in case of delays during the working day, e.g. a customer call has lasted longer or was cancelled. A new optimized schedule will be calculated based on your current location (see Scheduling parameters.
We also recommend to update the schedule during the planning phase. This applies whenever you enter data that have an effect on the schedule, e.g. when you create, move or edit an appointment, create a call block or a reservation.
portatour® recognizes such entries and suggests a schedule update by earmarking both 'outdated' lines in the schedule and the Update schedule button red.
In case you are not on the schedule page, the portatour® logo in the navigation bar will be replaced by a red Update schedule symbol. Click it to start the schedule calculation without having to go to the schedule first.
