Does your company also record call reports in another system? Seamlessly connect your reporting system to portatour®. This is possible for reports on calls, appointments and tasks: one click in portatour® directly opens the appropriate data record or the desired entry form in the external system.
Enable this feature organization-wide as an administrator:
- In the Workspace Organization, go to Options.
- Click on Reporting. A pop-up window opens.
- At Enter reports externally set Do not enter externally to Enter externally.
- For the entity for which you want to enter reports externally, click on Configure, e.g. at For customers.
- Enter the external URL that should be opened, for example, when you click on Called now.
- Optional: Use placeholders that portatour® fills with the corresponding values when the URL is opened. Click on Show available placeholders to see the list of available placeholders.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all entities or functions for which you want to store an external URL.
- Click Save.
Notes:
- The external URLs are opened in addition to the actions from the section above, Report creation.
- If required, the setting can be overwritten for each user.
- Go to Permissions > Edit external report entry settings to control which authorization level is required to override this function (see Manage permissions).
